Updates

I don't do a lot of updates here. I love pictures more than I love "blogging" but it's time for updates. Most of you know but here they are:

1.) Sarah and 40 some others got laid off from Ducommun. Sales are down and aren't expected to bounce back quickly.

2.) Sarah is looking for house cleaning work to keep her busy.

3.) Lydia is in 1st grade. Loves recess, loves her friends, hates math.

4.) Abby goes to Denise's two days a week. She gets really crabby if she can't see her friends! Also, she is testing the "do I really have to do what I'm told?" waters. Very fun for mommy! ...heavy sarcasm here...

5.) Steve and I are divorced. We filed in March and it was final in July. Steve works in Mound Valley delivering propane and lives in Altamont. This has been the hardest thing. It's hard to know what to say on a blog like this. Just keep us in your prayers. I still live in the same house across from Mom and Dad. The girls are doing okay so far. We have much to be thankful for in spite of the problems.
